This page explains what this website stores and what happens when you choose to contact us.
Using this website
This website has no contact form, account login, analytics, advertising trackers, pixels or live AI chat. The guided walkthrough uses predefined content, with no live AI processing or free-text input. Your selections stay within the current visit and are not stored or sent to us. No information is submitted through the walkthrough. Email is sent only if you choose to send it from your email application. Fonts, images and visual assets are served with the site. The site code does not set cookies.
Your language and appearance
If you change the language or appearance, your choice is stored in your browser using localStorage under operator.ba.language and operator.ba.theme. Your animation pause setting is stored as a boolean value in sessionStorage under operator.ba.motionPaused for the current tab session, so it is remembered when you reload or navigate within that tab. These preferences are not sent to us. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser data. The controls also work for the current visit if storage is unavailable.
Contact by email
Email links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you email us, your address and the information you include are processed through email so we can respond and discuss your request. Please include only the information needed for that conversation.
Hosting
The web host may process standard request information, such as an IP address, requested page and request time, to serve and protect the website. Hosting logs are separate from analytics. This page does not specify a hosting-log retention period.
